As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Akitso relies on our community’s partnership to do the work of removing institutional barriers in food & hospitality, enabling immigrant-owned restaurants to thrive in today’s competitive culinary landscape.

Your tax-deductible donation will directly fund the services and capital costs of offering holistic business support to underserved small business owners in San Diego. Goods and services we are looking for include:

Goods:

• Renovation materials: flooring, tile, paint, wood, etc.

• Renovation fixtures: lighting, toilets, sinks, faucets, etc.

• Commercial furniture: table tops, table legs, chairs, host stand

• Commercial equipment: beverage refrigerators, shelving

• Operating supplies & equipment: tableware, glassware, drink service, linens, uniforms, point of sale systems, signage, menu boards, food storage containers, etc.)
